INÊS FONSECA
Inês Fonseca was born in Lisbon, Portugal, on February 27, 1987. The daughter of violinist and politician Idália Serrão and classical guitarist Silvestre Fonseca, she was soon immersed in the world of music, a relationship further strengthened by the influence of her stepfather, Carlos Alberto Moniz, a Portuguese singer-songwriter and television presenter. She has two sisters and a brother and has lived in Madrid since 2012.
Music was a constant in her life, participating in various dubbing and voice-over projects throughout her childhood, (including Disney animated films and school books).





She also participated musically in the TV program “A casa do tio Carlos” and “Arca de Noé” (leading children TV shows in Portugal in the 90's),
She studied classical music for 20 years:
She had musical training and violin and singing lessons at FMAC; Piano lessons at the Lisbon Metropolitan Orchestra;
And 18 years of classical guitar lessons, with which she performed several times in public both solo and in quartet, trio and duet, since the age of 10.



She has been composing songs since he was fourteen and has more than forty songs composed in different languages (Portuguese, English and Spanish).
She also wrote lyrics for singers in Portugal.
She usually composes on the piano and guitar.

Dozens of choir and solo performances, from Christmas concerts at the Estoril Casino to many other concerts in Lisbon.
She also has performed in iconic venues like Café Berlín in Madrid, with her solo project.






In 2015 she published a book in Portugal, called “O mundo começa aqui” and donated half of the proceeds to Pro Nobis, a non-profit foundation dedicated to protecting artists in various matters where they need support.
Inês has been living in Madrid for the past 15 years. She has a background in marketing, and since 2007 she has lived in Lisbon, São Paulo, and Madrid, managing brands such as LEGO, McDonald's, and J&B. She currently leads the Johnnie Walker whisky brand for Southern Europe.
In 2021 he did a TEDx Talk: "Life lessons I got from marketing".
